I am completely enamored by the idea of how the hues of our foods carry certain benefits to our dietary needs. A beautiful relationship we share with color, and what colors the world has to offer to us.

I would provide a photo of the inside of my fridge, though I am sure that nobody would like to see what a "broke-college-student fridge" looks....empty-ish, and in dire need of a Costco food run.

What I do have in the fridge, is a healthy amount of green, orange, yellow, and white vegetables. A cornucopia of broccoli, baby carrots, cauliflower, and yellow carrots. Less than a cup of blue from blueberries, and two potatoes.
Seems like I am in need of more red, orange, purple, and blue in my life!
