Lesson: Our Biological World
Tetrachromacy

If one were to have tetrachromatic vision, and process 100 million colors, how are they able to see those colors? Do the colors have a depth and breadth, or are there layers of colors amidst our present reality? Are the 2% of women able to deem this genetic mutation or phenomenon as a blessing or a burden? What are their daily lives like?

It would be great to see a follow up interview or inclusive studies. Specifically on the perspective of lives of those who do have tetrachromatic vision, and if there are any ground-breaking studies in adapting to influence other feats within our race.
